About Keith Churchouse

Having been in the financial services industry for over 25 years and having qualified to a high level within UK retail financial services, Keith set up Chapters Financial Limited in 2004 to deliver quality financial planning advice. Keith observed in his contact with other successful business people that many started their businesses to be the best in their profession, and this remains his mantle.

As he notes at the start of his popular book, Sign here, here, here! Journey of a Financial Adviser, "Add to your world, it makes life a lot easier and any income created becomes a consequence rather than a target."

Possibly more importantly, in the provision of financial planning, Keith maintains a philosophy that for each recommendation that he makes, he is comfortable that if the client was a close family member in the same circumstances, he would still make the same recommendations. This offers another ethical 'test' to ensure that client confidence is maintained. Chapters Financial Ltd wants repeat business and referrals into the future and this means that the quality and delivery of our financial planning advice should match our businesses ethic of consistent personalised high quality financial advice, most importantly, adding value.

Keith enjoys providing financial planning advice and this has motivated him to improve his academic understanding by sitting the Chartered Insurance Institute financial services examinations and completing an honours degree in Financial Services (Napier University, 2007). This provides his clients with confident and informed recommendations.

He tries to have a life outside work, and very much enjoys writing books (view Churchouse on Amazon), Art, keeping fit by cycling and exercise, Scuba diving (PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water + BSAC Sports Diver) and gardening. He, with Esther, also ran in the Great South Run in October 2008 in aid of The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (Now SHINE), one of the company's preferred charities.
